Matt Bender is the founder of Archistaff and a recruitment specialist with over 20 years of experience within Australia's Architecture and design industry.

Throughout his career, Matt has supported hundreds of professionals across studios of all sizes, from graduate level through to senior leadership appointments. His approach has always focused on long term relationships rather than transactional recruitment.

Matt believes in maintaining a personable, honest and transparent approach to recruitment. This philosophy underpins the Archistaff business and is reflected across the wider team.

Having worked through both strong and challenging market conditions, Matt provides calm and balanced advice shaped by real industry experience.

Lexi Mullins is Archistaff's Recruitment Coordinator and has worked directly alongside Matt for over four years. During this time, Lexi has become an integral part of the Archistaff team, supporting both candidates and employers throughout the recruitment process.

Working closely with Matt on a daily basis, Lexi helps ensure a smooth and positive experience for everyone who engages with Archistaff. Her calm, organised and thoughtful approach supports the relationship driven style that sits at the core of the business.

Operating as a united team, Matt and Lexi work together across all areas of recruitment, maintaining consistent communication and a personable experience from initial conversations through to successful placements. Lexi plays an important role in helping deliver the level of service and professionalism Archistaff is known for.
