You will find that ArchiStaff.com.au is as easy to use as traditional job boards, however, our online tools allow employers and candidates to manage and track their recruitment/job seeking process.
Both employer and job seekers create profiles which our automated database matches then emails candidates making them aware of roles that meet their individual requirements and skills profile.
The system is designed to uphold the most stringent privacy requirements. At no point are an individual's personal details visible. Profiles can be viewed, however; do not contain personal or company details. An individual will be personally contacted by an ArchiStaff.com.au consultant seeking permission to disclose information once an employer makes a request.
